How do I clean commercial wood floors?

1. Wood floors can quickly become damaged if water enters a commercial building. In most cases the floors will be damaged and beyond repair. 

2. SERVPRO will assist an help extract all of the standing water in place. Once the water is removed the determination to dry or replace the floors can be made. 

3. If replaced, the floors will have to be removed and the sub floor will have to be dry. It is critical not to place new floors on wet materials. 

4. SERVPRO can place all of the drying equipment in place to make sure the job is completely dry. 

5. Once dry the wood floors can be replaced.
