How to dry a large commercial space?

1. If you have a large commercial space that has been affected by water, it is critical to get the water removed and dried as soon as possible. 

2. Contact SERVPRO immediately to get a trained professional on site to start evaluating the situation. 

3. Start the extraction process and remove all of the standing water. 

4. Start placing the drying equipment throughout the facility. This is a critical step to use the right amount of equipment within the guidelines of the IICRC. 

5. Monitor the job daily and remove equipment when complete. 

6. Document each step of the drying process so you have detailed records for your insurance company.
